Galvanized Colour Steel Sheets are high-quality, corrosion-resistant metal roofing and cladding panels made from cold-rolled steel coils that undergo a hot-dip galvanizing process followed by a pre-painted colour coating.

   • High-strength cold-rolled steel (typically G300–G550 grade).
   • Thickness: 0.30mm – 0.80mm (TCT – Total Coated Thickness).
2. Galvanization:
   • Zinc coating: Z120 – Z275 g/m² (120–275 grams of zinc per square meter).
   • Optional AZ100–AZ150 (Aluminium-Zinc alloy coating for superior corrosion resistance in coastal/marine environments).
3. Colour Coating System:
   • Primer coat (5–7 microns) + Top coat (15–25 microns) using Polyester (PE), SMP, HDP, or PVDF resin-based paints.
